• Heat Treatment: Quenched & Tempered (Q&T), Hardness ≤22 HRC
• Weld Repair: Pressure-containing parts per ASME Section VIII Div.1
• NACE MR0175/ISO 15156: Compliant for sour service (if specified)
• Fire-Safe Design: API 607/API 6FA (on request)
• Seat Hardfacing: Stellite ≥2mm thickness

6. INSPECTION & CERTIFICATION

• NDE: 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) per ASME Sec. V
• Certificates: MTC with Traceability, PMI Report, NDE Reports
• Marking: Permanent identification per MSS SP-25

7. APPLICATIONS

Severe service in petrochemical, power generation (supercritical units), high-temperature steam systems.

1. Final design subject to process conditions review.
2. Stress analysis report (FEA per ASME Section III Div.1) and seismic certification available upon request.
3. Body cavity pressure relief design per ASME B16.34 Appendix III (optional).
