Resilient Seated Design
- Gate is fully encapsulated with EPDM/NBR rubber using injection molding process .
- No exposed metal on gate – ensures 100% bubble-tight shut-off.
- Rubber bonded to ductile iron – no delamination, long service life.
Non-Rising Stem (NRS)
- Stem does not rise when valve opens/closes.
- Suitable for buried service or limited space installations.
- Stem threads isolated from line media – no corrosion or fouling.
Flat Bottom Design
- Valve body has no recess or groove at bottom – flat design prevents debris accumulation .
- Self-cleaning action during operation.
Anti-Corrosion Coating
- Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out per AWWA C550 .
- Certified for potable water (NSF/ANSI 61).

Blowout-Proof Stem
