Resilient Seated Design

Gate is fully encapsulated with EPDM/NBR rubber using injection molding process .
No exposed metal on gate – ensures 100% bubble-tight shut-off.
Rubber bonded to ductile iron – no delamination, long service life.

Non-Rising Stem (NRS)

Stem does not rise when valve opens/closes.
Suitable for buried service or limited space installations.
Stem threads isolated from line media – no corrosion or fouling.

Flat Bottom Design

Valve body has no recess or groove at bottom – flat design prevents debris accumulation .
Self-cleaning action during operation.

Anti-Corrosion Coating

Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out per AWWA C550 .
