- Packing Below Threads: Packing is located below the stem threads to prevent system media from coming into contact with the threads, reducing corrosion and fugitive emissions.
- Non-Rotating Stem Tip: Prevents galling (scoring) of the seat and stem tip, ensuring leak-tight shut-off and extending cycle life.
- Live-Loaded Packing: (Optional/Standard on some series) Utilizes a spring (Belleville washer) to maintain constant pressure on the packing, compensating for wear and temperature changes.
- Panel Mountable: Standard feature on most forged body designs.
- Safety Backstop: A handle stop prevents over-tightening and potential stem blowout.

- Design Standard: Designed to meet ANSI B16.34 / ASME standards.
- Inspection: Each valve is factory-tested for bubble-tight leakage at both the seat and the packing.
