Quality Control
At SAVVY VALVES, we implement a stringent quality control process to ensure the highest standards for our products. For raw materials, we conduct 100% chemical analysis and mechanical testing for each heat number to verify compliance with international specifications, including tensile strength, hardness, and chemical composition. This guarantees that only premium-grade materials are used in production.
For castings, we perform 100% Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) to detect surface defects, supplemented by **Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for critical components. If required, Radiographic Testing (RT) is also available to identify internal flaws, ensuring structural integrity.
Additionally, all valve shells and seals undergo 100% hydraulic testing to verify pressure resistance and leak-proof performance under operational conditions. A low-pressure air test is also conducted to ensure sealing effectiveness.
