SAVVY VALVES provide 12 months service life at least, free spares and maintenance instruction will be provided when required.
The 2-piece cryogenic floating ball valve is specially engineered to operate reliably in extremely low temperatures, such as those found in LNG, LPG, and other cryogenic gas systems. Its floating ball design ensures tight shut-off by pressing against the downstream seat under pressure, while the 2-piece body allows for easier maintenance without compromising structural strength. Key to cryogenic performance is the extended bonnet, which insulates the stem area from cold media and prevents freezing or material contraction at the gland packing. Materials used are selected for toughness and sealing integrity under cryogenic conditions, ensuring safety and performance in sensitive operations. This valve is commonly used in liquefied gas storage, transfer lines, and vaporization systems, offering leak-tight performance, thermal stability, and regulatory compliance. With its combination of cold-resistance, simple structure, and effective sealing, it is a vital component in modern cryogenic flow control systems.
