  1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Fully lined PFA floating ball valve features high-pressure injection/molding PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) lining applied to carbon steel or stainless steel valve body and ball surface. Designed for on-off control of highly corrosive media, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum refining, metallurgy, electronics, food industries and high-purity applications.

Key Features:

  • Zero Leakage Seal: PFA/reinforced PTFE soft seal between ball and seat, achieving bubble-tight sealing under both low and high pressure.
  • Full Corrosion Protection: PFA lining covers all wetted parts including body cavity, ball and stem channel – no metal contact with media. Resists “all strong corrosives except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine”.
  • Blow-out Proof Stem: Integrally forged ball and stem design prevents stem ejection under sudden pressure surge.
  • Full Bore Design: Smooth, equal diameter flow path minimizes pressure drop and facilitates pipeline pigging/cleaning.
