- Three-Piece Body Design
- Body consists of center body + two end flanges, bolted together.
- Allows easy maintenance, seat and ball replacement without removing valve from pipeline.
Trunnion Mounted Ball
- Ball is fixed by trunnion shaft at bottom and top.
- Suitable for low torque, high pressure, and large size applications.
- Reduces seat wear and operating torque.
Material Traceability
- All A105 pressure parts shall have full material traceability per EN 10204 3.1 or ASTM A105 certs.
NACE Compliance (Optional)
- If sour service required, NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant materials to be used.
Actuator Mounting
- ISO 5211 top flange prepared for future actuator mounting.
- Stem extension provided for insulation (if required).
