- Remarks
- Welding Preparation: Valve ends are machined with bevels according to ASME B16.25 or customer drawings. Installation must be performed by qualified welders following the approved welding procedure.
- High-Temperature Strength: WC6 material offers excellent high-temperature creep resistance and hydrogen attack resistance, making it suitable for high-pressure steam and petroleum pipelines.
- Seal Surface: The sealing surfaces are typically hardfaced with Cobalt-based alloy (Stellite) to ensure a long service life under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
