Notes / Remarks:
- Pressure Rating: Class 125 per ASME B16.1 standard. Maximum allowable working pressure is 175 psi for WOG (Water, Oil, Gas) and 200 psi for saturated steam at ambient temperature.
- Seat Design: Bronze seat faces are achieved by overlaying (welding) or inserting bronze rings on both body and wedge, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life.
- Stem Design: Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design isolates the stem threads from the media, allowing in-line maintenance and providing visual indication of valve position.
- Gearbox Recommendation: Due to the large size (14″), a gearbox operator is strongly recommended for ease of operation and to reduce manual effort.
- Applicable Standards: This datasheet is based on MSS SP-70 and ASME standards. Please confirm specific standard revisions and project special requirements before procurement.
