- Product Overview
This valve features a wafer-type body design for easy installation between pipeline flanges. - PTFE Seat Characteristics
- Chemical Resistance: PTFE is chemically inert and resistant to almost all industrial chemicals and solvents, except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at high temperatures.

- Main Technical Characteristics
- Concentric Design: The stem passes through the center line of the disc, which contacts the PTFE seat for sealing. Simple, reliable, and cost-effective.
- Full Stainless Steel Construction: All wetted parts (body, disc) are stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to ductile iron or coated valves.
- PTFE Lined Seat: The seat fully lines the body bore, isolating the body from the media and ensuring bubble-tight shut-off.
- Wafer Type Body: The valve is centered between two pipe flanges using precision-machined locating lugs, allowing for easy installation and removal without special tools.
- Bi-Directional Sealing: The PTFE seat design provides tight shut-off in both flow directions.
