Overall Height (with lever) H | Approx. 210 mm |
Overall Height (with gear operator) H | Approx. 270 mm |
Valve Weight (lever operated) | Approx. 16 kg (CF8) |
Valve Weight (gear operated) | Approx. 22 kg |
Dimensions above are typical references. Final dimensions to be confirmed with manufacturer’s drawing.
- Pressure-Temperature Rating (ASME B16.34 – CF8 body, Material Group 2.1)
Temperature (°C) | Max. Working Pressure (bar) | Remarques |
-29 ~ 38 | 16.0 (PN16 rating) | Ambient |
100 | 12.0 | |
150 | 9.8 | |
200 | 8.1 | |
250 | 6.6 | |
300 | 5.2 | |
350 | 4.2 | |
400 | 3.2 | |
425 | 2.5 | |
Note: CF8 (304) has lower high-temperature strength than CF8M (316). The maximum continuous operating temperature for PTFE seats is approximately 150°C. For higher temperatures, PEEK or metal seats must be selected. The pressure ratings above are based on the body material; actual service temperature is limited by the seat material.

- Caractéristiques principales
- 2-piece body – Easy inline maintenance; seats and seals can be replaced individually
- Floating ball design – Ball is supported by seats on both ends; medium pressure pushes the ball against the downstream seat for tight shut-off
- Full bore – No flow restriction; ideal for low pressure drop applications
- Bi-directional sealing – PTFE seats provide zero leakage shut-off
- CF8 stainless steel body – Good corrosion resistance for media compatible with 304 stainless steel
- Anti-static device (optional) – Prevents electrostatic charge accumulation
- Fire safe design (optional) – Compliant with API 607
- Options d'actionnement
Actuation Type | Remarques |
Lever + limit stop | Suitable for manual operation of DN100; moderate torque |
Worm gear operator | For frequent operation or higher torque requirements |
Electric actuator | On-off or modulating (4-20mA); direct mounting on ISO 5211 top flange |
Pneumatic actuator | Double-acting or spring-return; with solenoid valve and limit switches |
