- Soft Seating
- PTFE or reinforced PTFE seats offer excellent self‑lubrication and tight shut‑off (zero leakage).
- Low friction torque, smooth operation, and extended service life.
Blow‑out Proof Stem- Stem is inserted from inside the body, preventing ejection under pressure, ensuring safety even in abnormal pressure conditions.
Antistatic Device (Optional)- Grounding springs provide electrical continuity between ball, stem, and body to prevent static charge buildup in hazardous environments.
Bidirectional Sealing- Floating ball design allows equal sealing in both directions; no orientation limitation.
Fire Safe Design (Optional)- Conforms to API 607 / ISO 10497. In case of soft seat burnout, secondary metal‑to‑metal sealing maintains basic integrity.
