1.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
A robust, single-piece body ball valve designed for superior structural integrity in demanding applications. Its unique Top Entry design allows for all internal components (ball, seats, stem) to be serviced or replaced in-line through the top-mounted bonnet, without the need to remove the valve from the pipeline. This eliminates downtime associated with pipe cutting and realignment. Featuring Socket Weld (SW) ends, it ensures a permanent, leak-proof connection ideal for high-vibration or critical services. Commonly used in chemical processing, oil & gas production, LNG, and high-pressure utility systems where reliability and in-line maintenance are key.

4.0 PRESSURE-TEMPERATURE RATINGS
- Pressure-temperature ratings conform to ASME B16.34 for Class 150/Pressure Nominal 25.
- The maximum allowable pressure is dependent on the selected body/trim materials and operating temperature. Consult detailed P-T chart.

7.0 TESTING & INSPECTION
- Shell Pressure Test: Per API 598 / ISO 5208 at 1.5 x PN (38 bar).
- Sitzdichtheitsprüfung: Per API 598 at 1.1 x PN (27.5 bar) with air or water.
- High-Pressure Gas Test (Optional): For critical service verification.
- Material Verification: PMI (Positive Material Identification) on critical components upon request.
- Documentation: Certificate of Compliance (COC) with test records. Mill Test Certificates (MTC 3.1) available.
8.0 INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE NOTES
- Weld Procedure: The valve MUST be in the fully open position during socket welding to prevent heat damage to internal seals.
- Follow proper socket weld preparation and technique as per ASME B31.3.
- For maintenance, isolate and depressurize the valve. Loosening the bonnet bolts allows access to all internals from above.
