1.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
This bellows seal globe valve is engineered to provide bubble-tight shutoff and eliminate external leakage (fugitive emissions) in applications involving hazardous, volatile, toxic, or valuable fluids. The hermetically sealed metallic bellows acts as the primary stem seal, offering superior reliability over traditional packing. Constructed from ASTM F304 stainless steel, it is suitable for moderate corrosive services such as steam, hot water, general chemical processes, and other industrial applications where corrosion resistance and emission control are required.

6.0 BELLOWS ASSEMBLY (KEY FEATURE)

Paint: Exterior carbon steel components painted with anti-corrosive epoxy paint. Standard color: Blue or as per customer requirement.

10.0 NOTES

F304 material offers good general corrosion resistance but is not recommended for severe chloride or acidic environments where F316/L would be required.
