Full Internal Lining

The valve body interior, sealing surfaces, and discs in contact with the medium are fully coated with rubber, providing excellent corrosion, wear, and abrasion resistance.

Dual Plate Design

Two spring-loaded half-moon plates rotate on a central hinge pin for low pressure drop and high flow capacity (Cv values).

Spring-Assisted Closure

Torsion springs ensure the plates close rapidly and automatically upon flow reversal, preventing backflow and minimizing the water hammer effect.

Silent Operation

The controlled, spring-assisted closure eliminates water hammer and reduces pipeline vibration, contributing to quieter operation.

Compact & Lightweight

The wafer design is shorter, lighter, and takes up less space than conventional swing check valves, making it easy to install between standard flanges.

Excellent Sealing

Rubber-to-rubber seating ensures bubble-tight shutoff and zero leakage, meeting EN 12266-1 Class A standards.

Versatile Installation

Can be installed in horizontal or vertical upward flow lines, provided spring torque is suitable for the application.
