1. General Description

This valve is manufactured from ASTM B150 C63200 forged aluminum bronze. The three-piece body design allows easy in-line maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. The trunnion-mounted ball provides low operating torque and reliable sealing under high pressure and large bore conditions. Forged C63200 offers a dense grain structure, superior yield strength, and excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, cavitation, and fatigue. The valve features an integrated ISO 5211 top flange for direct actuator mounting without brackets.

• Three-Piece Body Construction: Center section and two end caps allow quick disassembly for maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline.
• Trunnion Mounted Ball: Ball is supported by upper and lower trunnion bearings, reducing stem torque and enabling smooth operation even at high pressures and large diameters.
• High-Strength Forged Material: Manufactured from ASTM B150 C63200 forged aluminum bronze with typical tensile strength exceeding 620 MPa (90 ksi) . Provides outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, cavitation erosion, and flow abrasion.
• ISO 5211 Direct Mount Platform: Top flange machined to ISO 5211 standards. Enables direct actuator attachment without a mounting bracket, ensuring perfect alignment and reducing potential leak paths.
• Blowout-Proof Stem: Stem is positively retained against internal pressure for enhanced safety.
• Anti-Static Device: Conductive path between ball, stem, and body dissipates static charges for applications in flammable environments.
