Coating Specification:

• Estándar: Coal Tar Epoxy conforming to AWWA C210 or GB/T 17459 .
• Color: Black
• Dry Film Thickness: > 300 Microns (or as required for buried service)
• Feature: High electrical resistance, anti-corrosive, and resistant to soil chemicals.

Technical Notes:

• Double Eccentric Design: The shaft is offset from both the centerline of the disc and the body, reducing seat wear during operation.
• Extended Stem: Allows the actuator to be positioned above ground while the valve body remains buried. The stem extension is sealed to prevent ingress of moisture and soil.
• Buried Coating: The coal tar epoxy provides a durable barrier against galvanic corrosion and soil stress .
