- Main Design Features
- Operating Principle: Automatically opens and closes the disc by medium flow. When medium flows in the specified direction, disc opens under medium pressure. When backflow occurs, disc closes against seat to prevent reverse flow
- Disc Structure: Disc moves vertically along the body centerline, reliable operation, suitable for small bore applications
- Construcción de la carrocería: One-piece die forged body, dense structure, high strength, no casting defects
- Bonnet Connection: Bolted bonnet design with stainless steel/flexible graphite spiral wound gasket sealing
- Sealing Surface: Hardfaced with alloy steel or carbide, reasonable material pairing, long service life
- Installation Requirement: Suitable for horizontal pipelines only, disc closes by gravity
- Main Component Materials (A105N Material)
