TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Product Name: DN40 PN32 C95800 NPT Angle Pattern Globe Valve
- Product Description
This is a DN40 (1½ inch), PN32 rated angle pattern globe valve constructed from ASTM B148 C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze. Designed for stringent marine and offshore applications, this valve provides excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, cavitation, and erosion . The angle pattern design (90-degree flow turn) reduces pressure drop and minimizes erosion compared to traditional T-pattern globe valves, making it ideal for high-pressure throttling and isolation in seawater, brine, and hydrocarbon services .
- Hauptmerkmale
- Material – C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze: High-strength copper-based alloy with exceptional corrosion resistance in seawater and saline environments. Contains aluminum (8.5-9.5%), nickel (4-5%), and iron (3.5-4.5%) for enhanced mechanical properties .
- Angle Pattern Design: 90° flow path reduces fluid turbulence and valve erosion, suitable for high-pressure drop applications and systems with space constraints .
- Druckklasse: Rated to PN32 (32 bar), suitable for medium-pressure marine and industrial systems .
- End Connections: Female NPT threaded ends per ASME B1.20.1, providing reliable, leak-free connections .
- Metal-to-Metal Seating: Hardened trim (ball and seat) ensures long service life in erosive and high-temperature conditions.
- Rising Stem / OS&Y Design: Visual indication of valve position and reduced packing wear .
- Anti-Galling Properties: C95800 exhibits excellent resistance to galling and seizing, critical for threaded components and seating surfaces .
