The 4″-150LB-Lugged PFA Lined Butterfly Valve is a lug‑style butterfly valve with a full PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) lining. It is designed for severe corrosive chemical services, semiconductor ultrapure water systems, and pharmaceutical applications. The lugged body allows independent bolting to each pipeline flange, enabling dead‑end service and easy downstream line removal for maintenance. All wetted surfaces are completely encapsulated by precision‑molded PFA lining, ensuring no contact between the process media and metal parts, and providing bidirectional bubble‑tight shut‑off.
