1.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
A bellow seal globe valve designed for reliable isolation in applications requiring zero external leakage of hazardous, toxic, expensive, or environmentally sensitive fluids. The hermetically sealed bellow assembly protects the stem sealing area, eliminating fugitive emissions and ensuring long-term stem seal integrity. The F316L body material provides excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of chemical and high-purity services. Suitable for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, LNG, and refining industries.

6.0 BELLOWS ASSEMBLY (KEY FEATURE)
- Type: Welded, Multi-ply.
- Material: 316L Stainless Steel.
- Design Life: Minimum [e.g., 10,000] cycles as per ASTM E292.
- Function: Primary sealing element, welded to the stem and bonnet, forming a hermetic seal.
- Testing: 100% helium leak tested per specified standards.
7.0 TESTING & INSPECTION
- Shell Test: Per API 598 / ASME B16.34. Hydrostatic test at 1.5 x PN pressure.

8.0 SURFACE FINISH
- Internals: Smooth finish for process fluid compatibility.
- Externals: Sandblasted and cleaned.
- Painting: Carbon steel parts painted with epoxy primer and finish coat. Color per customer specification.
